PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated unit building having an outdoor floor capable of ensuring sufficient rigidity and, at the same time, facilitating the manufacturing thereof. SOLUTION: Both up and down ends of first struts 47 provided at both sides of an exterior wall section are respectively connected with a ceiling intermediate beam 46A and a floor intermediate beam 46B. A pair of second struts 47B for connecting these intermediate parts to each other are provided between the ceiling intermediate beam 46A and the floor intermediate beam 46B. The ends becoming bracings of the first and second struts 47A and 47B are connected to each other with tension braces 31C. Triangular trusses are formed in both ends of the exterior wall section. By simple reinforcing structure, sufficient rigidity can be ensured, and since these connections are also connected with pins, a unit building 20B can be easily manufactured.
