PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform first and second construction works with one construction work machine by sifting paving materials with different grain size and using the sifted paving material. SOLUTION: Mixed paving material transported by a main conveying device 15 is sifted into two types by a sifting device 23, and either of the two types of the sifted paving material is stored in a first hopper 25 and the other is stored in a second hopper 27. Then, using the paving material in the first hopper 25, a lower layer is formed by a lower layer forming device 31 and, using the paving material in the second hopper 27, an upper layer is formed by an upper layer forming device 59. Thus, double layer pavement can be performed efficiently by one construction work machine.
