PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a strength of a pile and prevent the corrosion of a steel core material in the pile. SOLUTION: A pile installation ground is drilled to a specified depth, as necessary, using a casing 15 so as to form a pile installation hole (h). Next, a steel tube body 12 of tip sealed type user as a rust preventive case is inserted into the center of the pile installation hole (h), grout material (13) is filled between the steel tube body 12 and an installation hole wall (not penetrated from the hole wall into the ground), and the casing 15 is extracted. Then, a steel core material 1 is inserted from a base end opening into the steel tube body 12, and grout material 14 is filled between the outer surface of the inserted steel core material 1 and the inner surface of the steel tube body 12. A pile body is created by the hardening of these filled grout materials 13 and 14.
