PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance property and to reduce damage of parts by changing them. SOLUTION: A freely mountable/dismountable sleeve 31 is provided on a cantilever-like roll shaft R3 through a sleeve fixing device 33. The sleeve 31 is provided with a fixed roll 34 on the roote side, movable roll 37 which is freely slidable in the axial direction on the tip side, clamp cylinder 35 which is interposed directly or through an intermediate spacer ring 36 between these fixed roll 34 and movable roll 37, adjusting nut 55 which is fit to an adjusting screw 54 formed on a fixing nut 41 in the tip part and arranged between the fixing nut and the movable roll 37 through an end-part spacer ring 38 and moving cylinder 39 and adjusting motor 63 for rotationally driving the adjusting nut 55 through a ring gear 56 formed in the outer peripheral part of this adjusting nut 55 and driving pinion 59.
