PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separation device which enables an efficient replacement of a on inner screen and further reduce the size of the device as a whole. SOLUTION: In the solid-liquid separation device wherein slurry containing solid components and liquid components is separated into solids and liquid by means of a screen, a screen 10 is provided in the separation device body 1 having side walls 14, 15, which can be opened and closed, while a feed pipe 20 of slurry is introduced into the screen 10, and a discharge port 23 is provided to discharge solid components separated by the screen 10. Removal mechanisms 3, 4, 5, are provided in the device body 1 to take out the screen 10 to the outside from the opened side walls 14, 15.
