PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report call termination while preventing the ringing of call termination reporting sound by providing a communication means for calling a reception decicated terminal in accordance with the output of a sensor means for detecting call termination reporting signals. SOLUTION: The portable terminals MT1 to n of an audience are housed in portable terminal housing boxes MTBOX1 to n and corresponding PB terminals 1 to n are lent to the audience. When the PDC, PHS or the like of the audience are called from radio base stations BS3a to 3c, the call termination reporting signals originated by the portable terminals MT1 to n are detected with corresponding vibration sensors VS1 to n and outputted to a control part 22. The control part 22 lights the light emitting diodes ED1 to EDn of the terminal housing boxes MTBOX1 to n, automatically dials and calls the calling numbers 1 to n of the pertinent terminal of the PB terminals 1 to n of the customers and sends it out to a telephone line. The radio base station BS3p calls the terminal and the cell termination of the portable terminals MT1 to n is reported to the audience inside a hall by activating a vibrator.
