PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold non-image information and to output an image by keeping its quality even when the non-image information is separated from image data including the non-image information, by composing the non-image information obtained by separating the image data including the non-image information into the non-image information and substantial image information, recognizing them and encoding them with the image information. SOLUTION: The image data of a specified file format including the non- image information is separated into the substantial image data and the non- image information, the non-image information is transmitted to a non-image information recognizing part 102 and the image data is transmitted to an encoded information composing part 104 by a data separating part 101. The contents of the non-image information are recognized as some values by the non-image information recognizing part 102 and a recognized result of the non-image information is encoded by using dots of visibly inconspicuous Y(yellow) color by the non-image information encoding part 103. The encoded non-image information (dot pattern) is added onto the image data by the encoded information synthesizing part 104.
