PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop sufficient characteristics of a vinyl chloride resin by collapsing a hierarchical particle structure in a temperature range for not bringing about a heat deterioration, and then melt molding it. SOLUTION: A core and shell structure is provided. The core is made of a 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, and the shell is made of an n-butyl acrylate. The n-butyl acrylate is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride, 2 pts.wt. of a tin stabilizer, 0.5 pt.wt. of a lubricant and 0.2 pt.wt. of a processing aid by a Henshel mixer. Then, the resultant mixture is preheated under a predetermined temperature condition (about 150 deg.C) for 3 min by using a laboratory plastomin (kneader), and kneaded by a charging amount of 70 g at 50 r.p.m. for about 10 min. Miniaturized vinyl chloride resin obtained by the kneading is press formed under the conditions of 190 to 230 deg.C, a pressure of 20 MPa and a preheating time of 3 min, thereby obtaining a plate-like molding having a thickness of 5 mm. Since the obtained molding develops excellent physical properties due to high polymerization degree, the molding can be used for water works or sewage works, hot water supply tube or the like.
