<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin material which realizes a high level of flame retardance which could not be achieved conventionally and imparts a high heat resistance (resistance to thermal degradation) and a high moisture resistance, and a flame-retardant resin composition using this. SOLUTION: A flame-retardant resin material contains a phenolic condensate or an epoxy resin which is obtained by converting this phenolic condensate into a glycidyl ether. Here, the phenolic condensate is prepared by condensing a polyaromatic compound, obtained by allowing a phenol (A) to react with an aromatic compound (B) other than phenols, with a heterocyclic compound (C) containing a nitrogen as a hetero atom via an aldehyde (D).</p> |
