<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably pick out an article without hitching and clogging the article when picking out the article to a downstream device as well as to take out the article without flowing the article even when the article is thin and soft. SOLUTION: An article picking-out roller unit 17 for picking out an article M housed in a magazine 12 so as to be juxtaposed in the article picking-out direction D2 has a picking-out roller 23 for picking out the forefront article M obliquely downward by forcedly and integrally rotating inner/outer rings when moving obliquely downward in the article picking-out direction D2 by contacting with a surface of the article M and idly rotating the outer ring along the surface of the article M when moving obliquely upward to a former position toward the opposite side of the article picking-out direction D2 by contacting with a surface of the next article M of the picking-out article M.</p> |
