PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is prepared by dynamically crosslinking a resin composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber, a paraffinic mineral oil, and a polypropylene resin and is excellent in softness and cold resistance and to provide a molded item obtained from the same. SOLUTION: This elastomer composition is prepared by dynamically crosslinking a resin composition containing (A) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber, (B) a paraffinic mineral oil having a flow point of -20 deg.C or lower, and (C) a polypropylene resin. Preferably, 5-90 wt.% ingredient A, 2-90 wt.% ingredient B, and 5-50 wt.% ingredient C are compounded, provided the sum of ingredients A, B, and C is 100 wt.%.
