PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form device made of steel easy to be disassembled after the placing of concrete and its disassembling method. SOLUTION: The forms 1 made of steel have a plurality of channels 3 arranged in the lateral direction, liner plates 20 interposed among header sections adjacent in the lateral direction of the channels 3, and bolts 2a and nuts 2b connecting the header sections of the channels adjacent in the lateral direction, holding the liner plates 20. The liner plates 20 are formed in L-shaped members with projecting sections 20a towards upper sections from the header sections of the channels 3 and projecting sections towards the sides. Concrete is placed by using the forms made of steel, placed concrete is cured, the bolts 2a and the nuts 2b are removed and external force is applied and the liner plates are removed, and the form device made of steel is disassembled by applying external force.
