PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface decorative forms, in which a surface material is difficult to flow into a form jointing section and which is difficult to be deformed in the case of handling. SOLUTION: In the surface decorative forms in which a plurality of sash bar sections 2 are connected mutually in a plane, the forms are adjoined mutually to surfaces to be decorated and the polygonal arranging regions 101 of each form are disposed without openings, irregular patterns corresponding to irregular forms formed of the sash bar sections 2 are formed onto the surfaces to bed decorated by removing these sash bars and arranging regions after these are coated with a surface layer material and surface decorating is conducted, the forms are formed so that end sections 2a, 2b, in which one ends are brought into contact with the outer peripheries of the polygonal arranging regions 10, are not parallel with the outer peripheries in the sash bar sections 2.
