SOLUTION: A composition for brazing composed of silicon and fluorine-base flux is applied on the surface of an extruded flat tube 4 to be used as a heat exchanger pipe and an aluminum-made member containing zinc is taken as a fin 5, and the extruded flat tube 4 and the fin 5 are heated at a prescribed temp., the extruded flat tube 4 and the fin 5 are brazed to form a mixed diffusion layer 8 of the silicon and the zinc on the surface of the extruded flat tube 4.
