<p>PURPOSE:To remove a solid foreign matter and hydrogen sulfide incorporated in waste vapor generated in a boiling pot. CONSTITUTION:Waste vapor generated in a boiling pot 10 is circulated to the heating part 12 of the boiling pot 10 by the compressor 15 with steam and used as a heat source for heating in the boiling pot 10. The washing tower 16 of vapor is provided between the boiling pot 10 and the compressor 15 with stream. The washing tower 16 is equipped with both a ventilation part 17 having a packaged material made of copper and a shower part 18 for spraying washing water from the upper part of the ventilation part 17. The washing water injected from the shower part 18 is recovered and continuously recirculated to the shower part 18. Thereby the generation of trouble based on a solid foreign matter is prevented in the compressor 15 with steam. Hydrogen sulfide incorporated in waste steam is removed. Reduction of heat transfer coefficient is improved by copper sulfide produced by reaction with the copper pipe of the heating part 12 of the boiling pot 10. Washing water sprayed from the upper part of the ventilation part 17 is continuously circulated in the washing tower 16 of vapor and heat loss is reduced.</p> |
