PURPOSE: A continuous centrifugal separator is provided to achieve an improved efficiency of centrifugal separation operation while arranging a feed screw to rotate at high and low speed by an additional driving member. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal separator(1) comprises a feed screw(3) arranged onto a basket(4) to be detachable by a slide movement and angular movement by a boom rest(20) and a turning cylinder(26), and which occupies less space for a repair and maintenance convenience for a variety of filtering members installed in the basket, a plurality of ring-shaped diaphragms(11) installed within a cylindrical casing so as to allow an efficient centrifugal separation, a vibration isolation spring installed onto a base frame(2) considering an overall load of the centrifugal separator, and a rib(8) for fixing the basket and which has an overflow hole(8a) for an automatic discharge of a mother liquid and wash water during dehydration and centrifugal separation process. |
