PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross coil-type indicating instrument for facilitating the assembling and replacement of a rotation inner machine and an electric wiring plate while electric connection between the electric wiring plate placed on the upside of the rotation inner machine and this rotation inner machine is simplified. SOLUTION: Both leg portions 25b in a terminal 25 are inserted into support hole portion 24a with quadrangular cross section formed coaxially in a corresponding terminal holder 24. Thus, a substrate portion 25a is placed on the top surface of the terminal holder 24. A spring plate portion 24d comes into contact with conductive member 35 of a printed substrate 30 with pressure. An extending plate portion 25c is connected with a connecting terminal corresponding to both cross coils 26.
