PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deicing device for an ice-making machine to perform reliable deicing even during low temperature though this device is simple in structure. SOLUTION: During a deicing cycle, deicing water is supplied to a deicing water sprinkler 12 through a deicing water pipe 2 and a hot gas valve 20 is released a heat-exchange is effected by a heat-exchanger 21 between high temperature high pressure hot gas from a compressor 14 and deicing water and heated deicing water flows down from the deicing water sprinkler 12 through a space between a pair of ice making plates 10. Further, hot gas passing through the heat-exchanger 21 flows in a cooling pipe 11. This constitution performs high- efficient deicing.
