PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a forced circulation bath boiler with a water filling function for automatically filling water therein. SOLUTION: A bathtub 1 is provided with a circulation pipe 2 for circulating water in the bathtub 1, the circulation pipe 2 is provided with a pump 4 for forcibly circulating water in the circulation pipe 2 and a heat source 3 for heating water by combustion to forcibly circulate water in the bathtub by the pump 4 and additionally heat the water in the bathtub 1. Herein, the circulation pipe 2 is newly provided with a water-filling unit A in the middle. In the water- filling unit A, a water supply pipe 10 for supplying cold or hot water is communicated with the circulation pipe 2 and a switching valve 11 for opening and closing communication between the water supply pipe 10 and a circulation pipe 8 at the junction between the water supply pipe 10 and the circulation pipe 2. The water-filling unit A is provided with water-filling state detection means 12 for detecting the water-filling state by detecting the amount of water supplied through the water supply pipe 10 and the water-level of the bathtub 1.
