PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drier/heater for bathroom with which a comfortable bathroom can be obtained by making the ceiling of the bathroom as high as possible. SOLUTION: The main body 31 of a drier/heater for bathroom is provided with a circulating fan, a heat exchanger 33, and a circulating air duct 36 which sucks the air in a bathroom 20 through a suction opening 34 by means of the circulating fan and discharges the air into the bathroom 20 from an exhaust opening 35 through the heat exchanger 33. The drier/heater does not have any exhaust air duct for discharging the air in the bathroom 20 to the outside.
