PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate switching to a specified discharge passage, and sufficiently exert a seal function even in the case of entry of dirt, dust or the like. SOLUTION: A first annular seal projection 33a and a second annular seal projection 33b are provided in a protruding condition to the outer end and the inner end, respectively, of the inner peripheral face of this seal member 31 formed into a ring, with only their tips being in line contact with a valve element 21 of a ball valve, and a holding groove 34 is provided between the annular seal projections 33a, 33b to maintain the line contact. The annular seal projections 33a, 33b are formed along the peripheral face of the valve element 21 such that the length from the tip of the first annular seal projection 33a to the inner peripheral face of the seal member 31 is long, while the length from the tip of the second annular seal projection 33b to the inner peripheral face of the seal member 31 is short.
