CONFLUENT NOISE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM AND DEVICE HAVING PROVISION FOR CONFLUENT NOISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a confluent noise by discriminating increase in a confluent noise suppression system that suppresses the confluent noise in 2-way communication and a device having provision for the confluent noise. SOLUTION: A confluent noise countermeasure device 25 that has a confluent noise level discrimination section 27 that discriminates increase in a confluent noise. A confluent noise suppression section 28 that includes an attenuator attenuating an incoming signal at the discrimination of increase in the confluent noise and a tone signal transmission means inserting a tone signal to an outgoing signal are provided to either or both of a 2-way amplifier section 21 and distribution sections 22 placed in a transmission path of the incoming signal from a terminal 23 to a center. The terminal 23 is provided with a terminal side confluent noise countermeasure device 29 detecting the tone signal and including an amplifier that amplifies the incoming signal so as to compensate the attenuation by the attenuator.
