PURPOSE: A low polymer development combination for an organic electroluminescence display is provided to have excellent EL and film processing characteristics. CONSTITUTION: In a low polymer development combination, 9-ethyl-3-carbazole carboxy aldehyde of 2.86g(12.8mmol) and 1.4-phenylene deaceto nytril of 1.0g(6.4mmol) are put in a flask of 100ml, and CH3Cl/EtOH of 80ml is maintained in a nitrogen atmosphere. Sodium ethoxide of 0.24ml is drop and stirred in the mixture during four hours. An orange solid is obtained by adding HCl 10ml to the mixture. |
