PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a compact and high-performance shutter which can be miniaturized, whose opening/closing speed can be made high and whose power consumption is made low by reducing the capacity of a movable part for opening/closing the shutter. SOLUTION: The shutter 4 is driven by members obtained by respectively providing spiral coil patterns 10 and 9 on a fixed printed board 8 and a movable printed board 7. Then, a cam mechanism C advancing/retreating a sector ring 5 in an optical axis direction is provided on the opposed surfaces of a shutter base plate 3 and the sector ring 5. The mechanism C is composed of end face cams 3k concentrically disposed and cam followers 5k corresponding to the cams 3k. By moving the cam follower 5k along the downward inclined plane of the cam 3k, the sector 4 is easily turned at the time of opening the shutter.
