TWO FLOW TYPE REFUSE INCINERATOR AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two flow type refuse incinerator and an operating method thereof in which unburnt components are combusted completely even if combustion state in the main combustion chamber is unstable by stabilizing secondary combustion in the gas mixing chamber. SOLUTION: The two flow type refuse incinerator 1 comprises a stoker 4 having a dry zone 2 and a combustion zone 3, and a main combustion chamber 5 which is sectioned by an intermediate ceiling 6 and coupled with a secondary combustion chamber 9 through a main flue 8 and a sub-flue 7 coupled with respective sections. The main flue 8 is provided with a temperature sensor 10 for measuring the temperature of exhaust gas being fed into the secondary combustion chamber 9 through the main flue 8, and an auxiliary fuel blower 11 for regulating the temperature of exhaust gas. Exhaust gas A leaving the main flue 8 while being kept at 800 deg.C or above is fed to the secondary combustion chamber 9 and mixed with exhaust gas B containing unburnt components delivered from the sub-flue 7. The exhaust gas B containing unburnt components is thereby combusted completely.
