PURPOSE: A method for processing information of a call in TDX equipped with an operator position system is provided to enable information of a waiting call and a delayed call/reserved call to be modified/outputted and establish an optimized function for processing information of a call by adding a supervisor in a number of operator position systems. CONSTITUTION: A supervisor remains at login state(30). The supervisor requests an originating subscriber part to modify and output queue information(32). It is searched that a state of queue information modifying subscriber is normal(34). If the subscriber terminal of queue information modifying object is normal(36), it is determined that modifying queue information is requested from the supervisor in an operator position system(40). If so, it is determined that the queue information to be modified exceeds the maximally acceptable value(42). If the queue information to be modified does not exceed the maximally acceptable value, the above queue information to be modified are stored(44). Then, a queue information storing result is generated and notified to the supervisor in he operator position system(46). The result for modifying and storing queue information is displayed(48).
