PURPOSE: An engine mount filled with liquid is provided to effectively reduce vibration by flowing much liquid at initial vibration and flowing less liquid in last vibration. CONSTITUTION: An engine mount comprises a first orifice unit(2) to be installed inside a case body(1) and to form two first orifice holes(22.23) and two bypass holes(24.25); and a second orifice unit(6) to be stuck to the first orifice unit and to control a moved amount of liquid by sticking to a center protruding portion(31) of a diaphragm and sliding vertically through the expansion and shrinkage of the diaphragm. A sliding expansion portion(62) is protruded in the second orifice unit to slide the second orifice unit(6) downward by sticking to the first orifice unit and to seal the first orifice holes(22,23). Thereby, vibration is quickly reduced and the riding comfort is improved.
