PURPOSE: A personal sightseeing recording device is provided to make a person to simultaneously achieve a recording and a sightseeing. CONSTITUTION: A personal sight-seeing recording device includes a camera tracker and a recording device. A/D converter converts an image brightness signal to a digital signal. A motion detector compares a present image brightness signal and a prior image brightness signal, and detects a moving quantity and a moving direction of a screen as a vector. A zoom position sensor detects a zoom position of a lens. A microprocessor receives a moving information of an object from the motion detector and a zoom position sensor, and determines a moving of the object and a moving speed. A motor controller receives a moving information of the object, and controls a camera rotation motor. A camera tracker(10) includes a band(1). A recorder(40) records a screen captured by the camera tracker(10). The recorder(40) is connected to the camera tracker(10) via a cable(2). A jack(3) is connected to the cable(2). A remote-controller(60) is prepared for a user's convenience.
