The compressor consists of a fixed spiral element (1), an orbiting spiral element (2) and a coupling with ball bearings (9) designed to prevent the rotation of the orbiting element (2). The ball bearing coupling (9) consists of a pair of adjustment plates (91,92), each one formed from a single piece and a number of balls (93) placed between them. These plates have a series of circular paths around which the balls roll. This coupling is assembled in the compressor in a manner to produce an axial pre-constraint. This pre-constraint is greater than the axial force generated by the balls (93) on the adjustment plates (91,92) when the compressor is functioning in order to correct the deformation of the adjustment plates (91,92). |
