PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively operate and efficiently utilize a reformer whether a fuel cell is operated for power generation or not. SOLUTION: In this device, raw fuel is reformed by a reformer 2, and obtained reformed gas is fed to a fuel electrode 1b of a fuel cell 1. In this case, a branch pipe line for branching the reformed gas to a hydrogen refining system provided with a compressor 4 and a hydrogen refining device 5 is coupled to a pipe line for feeding the obtained reformed gas to the fuel electrode 1b of the fuel cell 1. |
