PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the reusablity of a program high even for a different kind of IC card by providing a program executing means which executes the program according to indicated individual parameters when receiving a request to execute the program including the indication of the individual parameters. SOLUTION: A program execution part 12 when receiving the program execution request including the indication of some individual parameters decides whether or not the program execution request can be complied with according to management parameters in a parameter management part 11, and executes the program according to the indicated individual parameters when deciding so and sends the execution result back to the IC card using device 20. Consequently, when the program of some kind of IC card is customized for a different kind of IC card, not the algorithm, but the individual parameters are altered to complete the customization. The reusability of the program for the different kind of IC card can be actualized. |
