PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration cooperative brake fluid controller with a function of regenerative cooperation at low cost, by using the common parts with a base of an anti-skid system. SOLUTION: A master cylinder 3 and an ABS actuator 7 are joined with two oil paths, such as a main joining path MR and a subsidiary joining path SR. The main joining path MR includes a main path switching valve MCS, and the subsidiary joining path SR includes a subsidiary path switching valve BS, an absorbing cylinder SS, and an electromagnetic control type fluid pressure control valve DS arranged sequentially from the side of the upstream master cylinder 3 so as to form a regeneration cooperative unit 6.
