PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with the case of abnormality on a network part or network itself as well by automatically collecting the RAS information on another system through the internal bus of a duplex process controller. SOLUTION: A duplex process controller 1 is composed of a control system controller 1-A for monitoring and controlling a process and a standby system controller 1-B for continuously executing a control operation automatically when any abnormality occurs in the control system controller 1-A. Information written in a memory 9 of a CPU part 2 of the control system controller is automatically reflected on the standby system controller 1-B by a duplex I/F part 3 of the control system controller. For this purpose, respective duplex I/F parts 3 and 3' of the control system controller 1-A and the standby system controller 1-B are connected by an equalize bus 11. The system is duplexed by making an application program or memory information equivalent with this function.
