PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the transfer of an object to another system by adding an object ID again while referring to a previously prepared object ID table when registering the object into a transfer destination database(DB). SOLUTION: An unload means 2 and an object ID preparing means 3 store the object read out of a transfer source DB 1 into an unload file 4 as a main body 41 of object data and store the object ID as an object ID table 42. Next, the main body 41 of data and the ID table 42 are read by a load means 7 and a number determining means 6 and an object ID table 5 is generated on a memory. Next, a leading object ID to be added to the object is obtained in a transfer destination DB 8, the object data to be registered are read from the file 4, a new ID is obtained by adding the leading ID, the relevant object ID is replaced and added again and the object data are registered in the transfer destination DB 8.
