PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic photoreceptor for color image which is used in an image forming method by an interim transfer system, does not cause image defects such as a register shift in a recorded image even at a high temperature and a high humidity and does not cause lowering of the image quality, in particular, an image blurring and image running due to filming and to provide an image forming method using the photoreceptor, an image forming device and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: In the image forming device, an electrifying means 22 which imparts electric charges to the surface of an organic photoreceptor and an imagewise exposing means 23 are arranged around the photoreceptor obtained by successively laminating a photosensitive layer and a surface protecting layer on an electrically conductive substrate. An electrostatic latent image corresponding to plural colors is formed with the electrifying means and the exposing means and a colored toner image corresponding to the latent image formed with plural developing means 24 is transferred once to an interim transfer means 10, transferred to a recording material P and fixed. The residual toners on the surface of the photoreceptor are removed with a cleaning means 25. The surface protecting layer of the photoreceptor contains a siloxane resin having a structural unit with electric charge transferring performance and also having a crosslinked structure and further contains a silicone oil.
