METHOD FOR PREPARING COMPOSITE PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLEX PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTION PREPARED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a composite panel for construction and a complex panel for construction prepared thereby which is able to be easily used for use members for construction such as a mold panel supporting a concrete wall part and other industrial members are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) extruding a composite mixture comprising 75-85 wt.% of a polypropylene, 14-24 wt.% of a filler and 0.5-1 wt.% of an antioxidant and a processing preparation in a form of plate in an extruding machine(11); (ii) passing the extruded composite mixture through many rollers(12) to prepared many composite polypropylene plates(13) having a thickness of about 1-2 millimeters and then passing them through a corona discharge machine to corona-discharge treat one side of the composite polypropylene plates(13); (iii) cutting the composite polypropylene plates(13) in a regular length; and (iv) joining the adhesive coated corona discharge treated surface to one adhesive coated side of a general plywood(21) and then pressurizing them with a press(25) to join them together.
