PURPOSE: A dynamic component input indicating system of a car body factory prevents a defective item in a parts warehouse and process and maintains an optimum inventory, thereby increasing the operating rate and largely improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic component input indicating system includes a material host(100), a component input indicating server(210), an AS/RS, PNL warehouse management server(220), a production indicating system, a warehouse management system(320), a management computer(330) and a vehicle mounting wireless terminal. The material host(100) provides material flow basic information and warehousing component and component information. The component input indicating server(210) manages the data for process/warehouse inventory control, the information management of defective item present condition illustration and career management. The AS/RS, PNL warehouse management server(220) manages the basic information on press component palette. The production indicating system provides the information on the kinds of cars in real time. The warehouse management system(320) manages the information on AS/RS delivery indication, inventory management and DNL general warehouse inventory. The management computer(330) manages the results and the present condition of press and the car body warehouse. The vehicle mounting wireless terminal inquires wirelessly component input completion report, process/warehouse inventory calibration and the present condition of inventory. |
