发明名称 PREPARATION METHOD OF FOOD ADDITIVE USING BAMBOO LEAVES
摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of a food additive using a solution of bamboo blades or powdered bamboo blades having excellent effects is provided to remove nasty smells such as a fishy smell and add unique flavor with light taste. CONSTITUTION: The food additive is prepared by the following steps of : (i) a first steaming cleaned blades of bamboo with 10-50ml/kg of water under a condition of 2000-2500kcal/h for 20-60min and a second steaming for 10-30hr ; (ii) getting a solution of bamboo blades by collecting the evaporated matters produced from the steaming ; and then (iii) drying the secondly steamed blades under a condition of 1000-1500kcal/h for 20-60min and grinding the dried blades to get powdered bamboo blade. A mixture of the produced solution of bamboo blade and the powdered blade in a ratio of 1:2 or 1:10 are included to various kinds of food.
