PURPOSE: A both side printing device of an electro-photographic processor is provided to improve a both side printing speed and minimize a whole size of a product by providing a plurality of paths for tuning up a paper and minimizing a path for returning a printing path to carry out printing of a back side of a sheet. CONSTITUTION: A both side printing device of an electro-photographic processor includes a main body(21), a paper supplying cassette provided in the main body and stacked with papers, a pick up roller(23) for picking up a paper from the paper supplying cassette, a resistor roller(24) for aligning a front end of the supplied paper, an image forming element(25) and a transferring roller(26) for forming images on the paper, a fusing roller for fusing the images of the paper, a paper discharging die(28) for discharging the paper of which images are fused, a plurality of elements for turning up the printed paper(31,32), a plurality of conveying rollers(35,36) for conveying the turned up paper to the resistor roller, a driving element for driving the paper turning up element and the conveying rollers, and position detecting elements(37-39) mounted in the paper turning up element and the conveying rollers for detecting a position of the paper to control a direction of the paper and conveying speed.
