PURPOSE: A boiler for both use of cold wind and hot wind, which is an electric boiler being capable of heating and cooling, is provided to generate cold wind and hot wind by using cold water and hot water. CONSTITUTION: A boiler for both use of cold wind and hot wind blows warm wind to the interior by circulating heating water in a hot water tank(6) heated by an electric heater(7) to a fan heater(5). The boiler comprises a cooling device(30) consisted of an evaporator(31), a condenser(33), and a compressor(32); a cold water tank(20), water contained in the tank being cooled by the evaporator(31) of the cooling device(30); electronic valves(21, 22) mounted to an inlet pipe(9) and outlet pipe(10), respectively, through which cooled water in the cold water tank(20) is circulated to the fan heater(5); and electronic valves(11, 12) mounted to an inlet pipe(9) and outlet pipe(10) through which heated water in a hot water tank(6) is circulated to the fan heater(5).
