PURPOSE: An optical pick-up transferring device is provided to compensate an assembly length according to a location process error while assembling a lead screw. Therefore, it is possible to absorb a pressure force transmitted to a stepping motor, and to constantly manage load of the stepping motor. Also, the lead screw can be simply assembled/separated. CONSTITUTION: A compensation member is formed in an other end of a lead screw(28), and compensates a variation of a pressure force according to a length variation generated when the lead screw(28) is assembled. A guide part(52) is rotatably supported by being penetrated through an other end of the lead screw(28). A fixed part(54) is separated from the guide part(52) in a rotation axis line direction of the lead screw(28) as a determined distance, and fixed to a deck base(10). One end of a hook member(56) is fixed to the guide part(52). The hook member(56) elastically supports the other end of the lead screw which is rotatably supported in the fixed part(54).
