<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication quality at low cost. SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 sends an operation signal by using a pulse signal having a trailing edge or leading edge between adjacent bits. An inter- edge time measurement part 13 of the receiver 11 measures the time between edges. A pattern detection part 14 detects the pulse pattern according to the inter-edge time. A character decision part 15 decides a character from the pulse pattern by referring to a character pattern table 16. Consequently, when an extracted identification code is coincident, a specific control signal is outputted. Since the character is decided on the basis of the pattern of the inter-edge time, the influence of clock deviation and waveform variation in demodulation can be reduced to improve the communication quality.</p> |
