<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery at a low cost which has a structure wherein a metal substrate is used and generated power is led out from the back of the substrate, and is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A lower electrode 4, a photoelectric converting layer 5 and a transparent electrode 6 are arranged in this order on the surface of a substrate 2 formed of metal. One lead-out electrode connected electrically with the transparent electrode 6, and the other lead-out electrode connected electrically with the lower electrode 4, are used. An insulating layer 3 exists between the substrate 2 and the lower electrode 4, and a conductive member 20A which strides over outer edges of the substrate 2 is formed. The conductive member 20A is connected electrically with the transparent electrode 6 on the surface side of the substrate 2, brought into contact with the back surface via an insulating member 21A on the back side of the substrate 2, and functions as the one lead- out electrode.</p> |
