<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the size of a noise-removing ferrite core to be mounted on a substrate. SOLUTION: A lead pattern 3 is provided on a front face 2a of a substrate 2, and a through-hole 9 is provided on both sides of the lead pattern, and a recess 10 is provided in a portion which includes the through-hole on a rear face 2b. A first ferrite slab 7 is installed on the front face of the substrate so that the ferrite slab covers the lead pattern. Both ends 7a of the first ferrite slab 7 are bent into a right angle and are inserted into the through-hole. A flat second ferrite slab 8 is installed into the recess through the opening so that it does not protrude from the recess. The ferrite slabs 7 and 8 make contact with each other, to establish a closed magnetic circuit and by having them secured to the substrate with an adhesive 15 a contact state between their end faces is maintained.</p> |
