PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance user-friendliness by enabling a call to be transmitted from a TCP/IP communication network (Internet) to a mobile communication terminal accommodated in a mobile communication network such as a cellular digital mobile telephone system (or to be received at the mobile communication terminal) with a comparatively simple configuration. SOLUTION: An access server 7 at the side of an Internet channel provider 8 receives an IP packet of a mobile communication terminal being a transmission destination from a terminal accommodated in the Internet 9. A mobile communication exchange 6A extracts an IP address of the mobile communication terminal being the transmission destination stored in a header of the IP packet from the access server 7 and retrieves a subscriber telephone number corresponding to this IP address. The exchange 6A transmits a call signal and selection signal to the retrieved subscriber telephone number to a mobile communication network at the mobile communication terminal 3 to allow the mobile communication terminal 3 to receive the call from the Internet 9.
