SOLUTION: Each of Internet connection type SOHO gateway apparatus 2a, 2b connected to an in-home network through the Internet is provided with an IP(Internet protocol) address management table 27 that stores peripheral devices in a home and IP addresses provided to them in correspondence to each other, an IP address processing section 23 that identifies an IP address from Internet data received via the Internet, and a system control section 21 that recognizes a peripheral device corresponding to an IP address identified on the basis of the IP address management table 27 and transmits Internet data to the identified peripheral device.
