PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient and effective demagnetization, even when the magnetization state of an object to be demagnetized is dispersed and moreover at a large amount. SOLUTION: A demagnetizing coil 1 is used for an object to generate an alternating magnetic field, which undergoes damp oscillation for demagnetization. Here, magnetic sensing means 2 and 3 which sense the state and intensity of magnetization of the object, magnetic field control means 7 and 8 which control the alternating magnetic field generated with the demagnetizing coil, and work execution control means 4-6 which decides the demagnetization effect due to occurrence of the alternating magnetic field based on the magnetization intensity sensed by the magnetic sensing means. According to the decision result, the control execution means of demagnetization 4-6 are provided. The work execution control means 4-6 repeat demagnetization while changing the magnitude and the direction of the current of the demagnetizing coil by the magnetic field control means, when the demagnetization effect is decided to be insufficient. |
