PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor lamp, fitted with a flowerpot table assuring easy-to- handle property of a structure such that the table is held stably in the middle high position and light is made incident on the plant on the table. SOLUTION: A floor lamp fitted with a flowerpot table is equipped with a light source 12 and a head part 10 including a socket 14 to hold the light source. A plurality of legs 20 are arranged, surrounding a reference perpendicular V passing the center of the head part 10 for supporting the head part 10 from its periphery. The flowerpot table 30 is arranged at the middle to high level of the legs 20, where the reference perpendicular V passes and is supported by the legs 20. The light distributing characteristics of the head part 10 are arranged, so that part of the light is directed right under along the reference perpendicular V.
