PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a whole room to rapidly reach a set condition without deviation from the will of a user. SOLUTION: In a multi-functional air-conditioner wherein two or more indoor units are interconnected, this air-conditioner comprises an operation signal generating means 5 to transmit operation information to set the operation condition of each indoor unit; an operation signal receiving means 4 to receive operation information; an indoor environment information detecting means 1 to detect indoor environment information; an indoor information transmitting means 3 to mutually own jointly received operation information and detected indoor environment information; and a cooperation control means 2 to perform control of the indoor unit based on jointly owned information.
