PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized frequency multiplier with excellent multiplied output and spurious suppression characteristics owing to a tuning inductor with a high Q. SOLUTION: In the frequency multiplier, inductor patterns 38a-38c,..., 41a-41c configuring tuning inductors for a turning circuit of a class C amplifier circuit are respectively formed on a surface of an insulation sheet 31. The insulation sheets 31 are layered and baked integrally to configure a multi-layer board. The inductor patterns 38a-38c,..., 41a-41c of each insulation sheet 31 are connected in series via via-holes 45 provided to the sheet 31 to configure the tuning inductors. The tuning inductors are built in the multi-layer board.
